I’m Thomas Goreman, a big-ass Las Vegas a cop on a mission. I’ll bust those sleeze-ball drug-dealing bikers I’ve been watching for months and get the recognition I deserve. Unfortunately, the bust of a lifetime goes sour and a kilo of coke turns out to be a 1937 Harley oil pump. After that fiasco, I spend the rest of the day in a local bar. Half drunk go home and without meaning to, I beat my wife silly. It’s not a good day. After I make bail, get kicked out of my own house and get suspended from the force I proceed to binge my way through the next few days in a crappy hotel.

While James Clayborn, a disillusioned stock broker, tries his hardest to come off as a guru, Tommy the tow truck driver is happy to help stranded motorist during the day, drink beer and watch football at night. The guru and Tommy couldn’t be less alike, nor are they friends, but through a chaotic chain of events they are able to fully realize their unusual skills. Working in tandem they pull the darkness from emotionally disturbed individuals and instantly transform them into fully functioning humans.

Channeling Biker Bob takes us inside the psyche of Stewart Chance, a bewildered "new-age" man who can’t figure out why his sensitivity is neither adored by his wife nor fulfilling to his own sense of manhood. In a delightfully raucous manner, Stewart’s transformation is propelled via a charismatic yet irreverent Harley-riding spirit named Biker Bob.
