The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is the original title of a novella written by the Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson that was first published in 1886. David has a long and treacherous voyage on the boat he was taken by. After crashing upon an island, he survives and ultimately makes his way back to his uncle's house.
