Adam and Eve rebelled and became unfit to be in God’s presence. Tragically, they went to live in a broken world, our world. Fortunately, God has a plan to rescue us. In The Esa, we will examine God’s plan as it is laid out in the Bible. His plan has included: 1. working with the Jews to be His witnesses in the ancient world;2. the coming of the Messiah to pay for the sins of the world;3. Jesus’ sending out of His followers to the ends of the earth with His offer of salvation;4. the return of the Messiah at the end of time to set everything right.

The voices of the Major Prophets echo across millennia; challenging the foundational structures of human society and calling God’s people back to a state of covenant fidelity. To the modern reader, opening the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, and Daniel can feel like stepping into a foreign landscape filled with enigmatic visions, fierce declarations of judgment, and deeply complex historical realities. However, beneath the dense layers of ancient Near Eastern imagery lies a vibrant, beating heart of divine revelation that is intensely relevant to our contemporary world.

The Book of Ezekiel stands as one of the most visually arresting, structurally complex, and psychologically demanding texts in the entire Biblical canon. For many modern readers, entering its pages feels akin to stepping into a surrealist landscape populated by whirring wheels, multi-faced creatures, consuming fire, and cryptic architectural blueprints. Historically, this complexity has caused many students of Scripture to bypass Ezekiel in favor of more accessible prophetic books.

The Book of Isaiah is often referred to as "The Fifth Gospel," a title earned through its staggering prophetic clarity and its panoramic view of the redemptive arc of history. Spanning sixty-six chapters, it is a literary cathedral, built over decades of turbulent Judean history, yet speaking with a voice that feels unnervingly contemporary.

Across the sweeping landscape of Biblical literature, few figures loom as large or as enigmatic as Daniel. He is the statesman-prophet, a man who navigated the treacherous waters of two world empires, Babylon and Persia, without losing his soul. To study the Book of Daniel is to embark on a journey through the corridors of power, the fires of persecution, and the cosmic mysteries of the end times. This book, "The Sovereign Hand: Master the Book of Daniel in Four Hours," is designed to be your comprehensive guide through this complex terrain.

The Book of Lamentations was written after the Babylonians had invaded the land, slaughtered the populace, and brought about national extinction. What remained for Jerusalem and Judah? The five poems of the book represent the authentic voice of Israel in exile—a mourner wailing over the judgment of God, desperately seeking an audience with Him but finding Him hidden and inaccessible.

The book of Deuteronomy stands as the monumental capstone of the Pentateuch, a bridge between the wandering tribes of the wilderness and the settled nation of the promise. It is not merely a repetition of the law, as its Greek-derived name might suggest, but a profound and urgent re-interpretation of the covenant for a generation that did not stand at the foot of Sinai. As the Israelites camp on the dusty plains of Moab, looking across the Jordan toward the fortified walls of Jericho, they find themselves at a crossroads of identity.

What happens when a society no longer values what is good? What happens when truth is rejected, justice is corrupted, and evil is embraced? In the book of Micah, the prophet conveys a powerful and unwavering message to a nation that has abandoned righteousness. His words are not only meant for ancient Israel but also resonate clearly in our modern world. “To Those Who Hate Good and Love Evil” is a comprehensive and engaging Bible study that explores the book of Micah verse-by-verse, aiding readers in understanding its historical background and its spiritual significance for contemporary life.

In The Mashiah, the author delves into the ancient prophecies of the Tanakh, seeking to understand exactly what the Biblical authors were predicting. Building upon a foundation of deep study and prayer, Mark Stouffer examines the Tanakh's messianic prophecies, contemplating whether or not they foretell the life and mission of Jesus. Please join him on this journey of discovery. Some of the questions we will consider in The Mashiah include: 1. Did the prophets give any indication that there would be two comings of the Messiah? 2. Why did Daniel predict that the Messiah would be killed?

Daniel C. Timmer helps today’s Christians understand the Minor Prophets. Many Christians shy away from reading the Minor Prophets because they fear they are too difficult to understand. In Judah Amongst the Empires, Daniel C. Timmer helps today’s Christians understand how the Minor Prophets...

This book explores the concept of prophecy in Judaism as defined by two great figures of Jewish history. Moses Maimonides and Abraham Joshua Heschel are two influential scholars who have impacted the many streams of Judaism. A simplistic dichotomy could be made between their two perspectives labeling Maimonides as a rational philosopher and Heschel as a mystical one. Both the study of Jewish prophecy and the approaches of both of the scholars are complex topics, but not impossible to decipher. The nature of revelation is also part of this discussion.

Only one man is recognized by three world religions as liberator, lawgiver, prophet and pastor. That man is Moses, and his story leaves a profound imprint on Western civilization. In this audio program, you will address the various struggles and triumphs throughout the life of Moses and come to...

The most complete Books of Enoch audiobook collection available, presenting rare ancient texts found nowhere else. Carefully curated, translated and adapted for the modern listener. Together, these texts reveal the ancient cosmological framework the Bible presupposes but never fully explains. Among biblical apocryphal texts, no collection has the same enduring spiritual authority, mystery, and theological weight as the Books of Enoch. These texts were not obscure curiosities. They were known, read, and taken seriously in the ancient world. Early Jewish communities preserved them.

To understand the spiritual landscape of the ancient world and the foundations of apocalyptic thought, one must look to the Book of Enoch; a manuscript that stands as a colossal bridge between the Genesis patriarchs and the New Testament apostles. Though it resides outside the modern Western Biblical canon, its influence is woven into the very fabric of Judeo-Christian theology.

Before it became Alcoholics Anonymous: Dr. Frank Buchman, a Minister, saw that his anger and resentments blocked him from God's Plan for his life. He stopped taking a paycheck and followed Jesus Christ's teachings to “make disciples all over the world”. He did just that and made such a transformative impact that even Hitler's evil forces paid attention. Then the Oxford Group introduced it to Bill Wilson through Ebby Thatcher, the first official court card.

Dieses Buch beruht auf wahren Begebenheiten. Christus lebt!
