This book explains how Christians engaged the sinful realities of Indigenous land dispossession and Black enslavement, shaping American Christianity in distinctive and enduring ways. It further underscores how white Christians justified land theft and racial oppression against Indigenous and Black persons with scriptural interpretations and theological expositions that remade Christianity into an American religion that bolstered economic, political, and social interests.

This book unveils the truth about our history. The truth of our history begins and ends through biblical scriptures. We start with creation, and build from that point to the formation of Man (mankind). We identify our natural state of being much different that we have been taught in our education system and the church. The conclusion of this book will provide you a complete understanding of WHO WE ARE as God's people.

In the 1690s a contentious debate broke out in Suffolk, England, between an Anglican rector and those we have come to know as Particular Baptists. The purpose of this book is to examine this controversy and consider some crucial issues it raised, principally the nature of the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. It involved three men, William Burkitt (1650–1703), John Tredwell, and Benjamin Keach (1640–1704).

Early Church Witness—Volume 3: Endurance, Apostasy, and the Crown of Life confronts false assurance by returning to the direct words of Jesus Christ, the apostles, and the earliest Christian witnesses. Drawing from the King James Scriptures and early Church testimony, this volume shows that endurance is required, apostasy is real, and the promised reward belongs to those who overcome.

In The Early Church on the Antichrist, Glenn Langohr brings together Scripture—especially the prophecies of Daniel—with direct quotations from early Christian writers to show that the historic Church did not expect an escape before tribulation, but endurance through it.

The Pinnacle of History: The Gospel According to Jesus reveals the single, unbroken story that runs from Genesis to Revelation, showing how every prophecy, covenant, and sacrifice finds its ultimate fulfillment in Christ. It makes the Scriptures more accessible and easier to grasp, revealing how every part of the Bible connects with purpose and meaning. It is a call to reawaken the true narrative of God’s redemptive plan so that all would become more eager to open the Bible, understand it deeply, and see that Jesus truly is the centerpiece and purpose of all history.

They were known, read, and taken seriously in the ancient world. Early Jewish communities preserved them.

We have misunderstood Paul, badly. We have read his words through our own set of assumptions. We need to begin with Paul's world view, to see things the way he saw them. What if "original sin" was never part of Paul's thinking? What if the idea that we are saved by faith in Christ, as Luther argued, was based on a mistranslation of Paul's words and a misunderstanding of Paul's thinking?

What are the aims of the Christian spiritual life and how can we deepen our life in Christ? What is the Catholic form of the spiritual life and what are its causes? This book serves as an introduction to Catholic spirituality by examining the mystery of Jesus Christ—His Crucifixion and His Resurrection—as the center of our spiritual life. The central argument of the book is that the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus present us with the form or essence of the Christian spiritual life and orient us toward union with the Trinity as the final end or aim of human existence.

It is clear that since the Second Vatican Council, the Church has been plagued with terrible doctrinal and liturgical confusion that has contributed to the worst crisis in the Church since the Arian crisis, and perhaps the worst in history. This incisive book examines the often-overlooked wisdom of Pope St. Pius X on modernism, the synthesis of all heresies, found in his landmark encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis (On the Doctrines of the Modernists).

Jesus's command to the disciples to heal the sick and cast out demons was an integral part of the proclamation of the gospel of the Kingdom of God in the early centuries of the church. Did we lose God's gift of healing and deliverance in the church as the centuries rolled on? Can we mesh Christian healing with scientific progress? A Case for Healing Today presents biblical, historical, and theological perspectives on Christian healing. Through an understanding of author Bob Sawvelle's meticulous research, Christians can proclaim and demonstrate the good news of God's healing presence today.

For centuries, believers have assumed that the teachings of the Reformers faithfully restored the message of the Bible. Yet when we examine the writings of the earliest Christians—the disciples of the apostles and the generations immediately after them—a very different picture emerges. The Deformation invites listeners to take a fresh and honest look at several foundational teachings of the Reformation—such as total depravity, penal substitutionary atonement, the meaning of “works of the law,” the role of free will, and the interpretation of the Sermon on the Mount.

The Westminster Assembly is celebrated for its doctrinal standards and debates on church polity. But how often is the assembly noted for its extraordinary intervention in the pulpit ministry of the Church of England? In God’s Ambassadors, Chad Van Dixhoorn recounts the Puritan quest for a...

In this groundbreaking work, Roberts argues that Jesus of Nazareth was not a passive spiritual teacher, but a devoted leader within the Zealot movement—a Jewish resistance fighting for liberation from brutal Roman rule. Backed by historical, cultural, and linguistic evidence. A corrected interpretation of the Gospel of Mark, uncovering that it was Pilate, not the Jewish crowd, who issued the order to crucify Jesus.

Who is the true Israel? For centuries, the Christian Church has answered this question with a resounding affirmation: the Church, as the body of believers in Jesus Christ, is the True Israel, inheriting the covenant promises of the Old Testament. Yet, in the modern era, this historic understanding has been challenged by dispensationalism, a theology that separates Israel and the Church, fueling political agendas and reshaping evangelical thought. Who is Israel?
