La risposta va rintracciata nelle "vasana", ovvero nelle tendenze della propria personalità che inducono a reazioni emotive negative automatiche e che, se non modificate, continueranno a produrre insuccessi relazionali. Che tipo di amore stai vivendo? Un Amore che ti fa stare in Inferno, in Purgatorio o in Paradiso? Sia Dante nella Divina Commedia che Arjuna nella Bhagavad-gita hanno le stesse aspirazioni e necessità: riscoprire la propria natura profonda che è costituita di Amore, ma l'Amore va distinto dalle sue contraffazioni che rappresentano una pseudo-realtà. Come puoi riconoscere il vero Amore dalle sue contraffazioni? Lo pseudo-amore si riconosce perché comporta la perdita di quote significative di libertà.

Ancor prima di amare, è necessario conoscere il significato autentico di Amore. Non è una tempesta di emozioni che induce alla confusione mentale e priva l'individuo della facoltà di scegliere in modo responsabile e, quindi, della propria libertà. A causa di eccessive aspettative, spesso si perde il confine tra realtà e sogno. In assenza di lucidità e obbiettività, le persone soffrono e si lamentano perché deluse, inconsapevoli che le delusioni sono il frutto amaro delle loro stesse illusioni. Se chiamiamo amore ciò che amore non è, stiamo percorrendo un sentiero pericoloso.
