Nach einer Therapiestunde erteilte er ihr den Auftrag, täglich mindestens einmal eine Anforderung an sie mit "Nein" abzuschlagen. Ihre spontane Antwort lautete: "Nein, das kann ich nicht!" Die Kunst des negativen Denkens besteht zumeist darin, Abstand zu gewinnen zu den Unmöglichkeitsforderungen, die unsere Gesellschaft beständig an uns heranträgt.

El francés Gustave Le Bon (1841-1931) es considerado uno de los fundadores de la psicología social. Introdujo un tema importante como la psicología del comportamiento colectivo. Le Bon desarrolló sus ideas y puntos de vista durante numerosos viajes a diferentes pueblos de África y Asia. En su obra principal "Psicología de las masas" de 1895, describe el cambio en el comportamiento del individuo que resulta de pertenecer a un grupo más grande de personas, una masa. Este audiolibro está basado en la traducción al español de 1921 de J. M. Navarro de Palencia.
