For a time, Jimmy spent his expat days in Mexico unearthing pre-Columbian artifacts. Now he makes a living doing small trucking jobs and helping out with the occasional missing-person situation. But Jimmy’s laid-back lifestyle is being seriously imposed upon by a ninety-pound stalker named Louise. Add to this a sudden wave of hippies led by a murderous ex-con guru in search of psychic happenings, archaeologists unearthing (illegally) the Mayan tombs, and Louise and her weirdo husband’s quest for UFO sites, and Jimmy’s south-of-the-border existence is in danger.

Tan and the Governor continue the struggle for Arizona, to secure the border to the south, and put an end to the greatest danger Arizona's people have faced. It's a wild ride, from the desert in the south to the beauty of the Red Rock country in the north, all to stop one man.

Arizona needs water to live. There is never enough water for the crops, the livestock, the mines, the people. What if there were a year when all the lakes filled up and the rain kept coming down? What if one man swore to destroy the Phoenix metro area? How would he do it? Who could stop him? He only wanted a half a billion dollars.
