But this week she needs to focus and finally choose a Guardian (that is, her very own animal companion). The problem is that Aria cannot decide on one! For the first time, Aria must travel the forest by herself to find one. Armed with only her compassion, her adventurous heart, and perhaps a few other supernatural abilities, she must face the dangers of the world, gain a Guardian, and return home in time for her village’s Guardian ceremony.

Their journey leads them through enchanting landscapes, friendships with woodland creatures, and challenges that test their courage and determination. They prepare for the journey, guided by celestial signs, and enter a hidden underground passage where they meet helpful mice.
