Online coaches and consultants, if you’d like to sign your dream clients and scale, there's a link below that shows how we can help. It's a funnel, obviously, but it explains what we do if you're looking to scale.

When a webinar underperforms, the first instinct is usually to blame the content.
People start rewriting slides and re-recording sections, when the real problem could be somewhere else entirely.
We took a client's webinar booking rate from 10% to 25% without changing the core content.
That one shift doubled their business.
The problem wasn't the teaching.
It was the pitch.
When people stay on your webinar but don't take the next step, that's a pretty good sign that the content is doing its job. You need to look at what happens when you transition into the offer.
That's where this funnel was losing money.
In this episode, I break down what we changed after diagnosing the problem, including the way we restructured the pitch to speak to different types of buyers.
I also explain why staying in the close for an extra 30 minutes led to a second wave of booked calls.
If people are watching your webinar but aren't buying, this will show you where to look.
