I know I am not the only one who can feel like there is an intrinsic void within. I can feel so desperate to fix this emptiness and the inner turbulence that comes from this feeling of deep lack.
we search to fill it. to grasp for control in our life or to distract from uncomfortable feelings.
today I want to give us all a reminder about this perceived emptiness and the things we search for to make ourselves feel whole.
I also think we search for a medium to release unwanted emotions, whether we do it intentionally or not. I want to bring more awareness to ourselves because we are deserving of peace and flow in our lives
