  • The ONLY YouTube Video Business Owners Need to Make
    2026/08/20

Most YouTube advice was built for full-time creators... not business owners who just want clients. In this conversation, I sit down with Sean Cannell (CEO of Think Media) to break down how a busy business owner can turn YouTube into their #1 salesperson, with as little as one video a week.

No daily posting. No going viral. No complicated funnel. Just the one type of video that actually brings in clients, plus exactly how to package it, where to put the call-to-action, and why a single video can keep selling for you 24/7.

  • How to Build a Personal Brand So Magnetic Money Chases You
    2026/07/16

In this episode, I sit down with marketing expert Daniel Priestley to break down how to grow a personal brand and turn content into real customers in 2026. We get into the new "semantic algorithm" that actually reads your content and delivers it to the exact right person, why people don't notice you until the 11th time they see you, and the simple framework driving tens of thousands of leads a month: short form to get noticed, long form to get understood, lead form to convert.

You'll learn the elite plays most creators miss — how to segment your audience so you're selling to the people with the budget, how to price anchor so you're never compared on cost, why you should market beyond your capacity, and how to use AI to find underserved niches, build lead-capturing assessments, and even close deals over text. Recorded live at a Forward mastermind, this one's packed with practical, do-it-today insight for anyone serious about building a premium brand.

  • By FAR, The Smartest Way to Beat Social Media
    2026/06/30

In this video, I break down the three shifts that move you from chasing views to actually getting paid: changing your scoreboard from reach to trust, optimizing for valuable instead of viral, and running the full 3C system (not just the first C).

You'll see why your personal brand matters more than your reach — including the story of how I sold out two workshops from stage because of the trust I'd already built, not the size of my audience.

Be sure to check out the YouTube version! (only if you're a visual learner... like me )

  • Why Your Content Isn't Getting You Clients (It's Not the Algorithm)
    2026/06/26

Most people who feel stuck think they have a content problem, a camera problem, or an algorithm problem. They don't. I sat down with my buddy Kassidy — an ex-engineer who walked away from corporate, started buying short-term rentals, and now runs a podcast and a paid community — and we got into the mindset shift you actually need to crush it this year.

We covered how to manufacture the kind of luck that changes your business and your life, why nobody cares about your flashy stuff anymore, the 70% rule that gets you to stop overthinking and start doing, why the bar to win has never been lower, and the real test of wealth (it was never the money — it's freedom).

If you've been waiting for certainty before you start something, this is the one that gets you moving.

  • How to Create Content so Magnetic Clients Chase You
    2026/06/03

If your content isn't turning into clients, I want to save you some frustration: it's not the algorithm, the camera, or the hook. After five years of doing this, I've noticed the people breaking through are all making the same shift, and the people stuck are all missing it. It comes down to commodity content (the kind anyone in your industry could've made) versus signature content (the kind that's unmistakably you).

Three shifts get you there. First, perspective — same topic everyone's posting, but a question only you can ask. Second, who you're actually talking to — most creators are making everything for the 5–8% ready to buy now and ignoring the much bigger group that's interested but not ready yet. Third, the one most people get backwards: the random, personal stuff you almost don't post is usually what starts the conversations that turn into real opportunities.

  • Everything I Learned About Social Media Being Around the Top 0.01%
    2026/05/21

Six people. Six stories. Six lessons that completely shaped the way I run my business and build my personal brand today. 🎯 Over the last few years, I've been lucky enough to share rooms with Alex Hormozi, Codie Sanchez, Jesse Itzler, Sharran Srivatsaa, Cole Hatter, and Erwin McManus and every single one of them gave me something about content and personal branding that I wish I'd had years earlier. ✨

If you're trying to grow on social media and build a brand that actually moves the needle in your business, I break down what it really takes to cut through the noise why so many creators are running ads in disguise instead of building real trust, why proof beats polish every single time, why the post you're most scared to hit send on is usually the one that changes everything, and how the people winning at this game treat their content as the thing that quietly opens every door in their life. 🚪

None of this is about being more talented, more charismatic, or having some magical "it factor" you weren't born with. 💡 It comes down to the decisions you're willing to make that most people aren't. If you've been creating content and feel like you're putting in the work but watching others pass you by, these six shifts are the difference. 🙌

  • If You Skip These 8 Things, Personal Brand Will Always Be hard
    2026/05/13

Building a personal brand isn't supposed to feel like a grind. If you're putting in the reps and the numbers aren't moving, you're not behind on effort — you're skipping pillars. In this video I'm walking through the eight moves that actually changed my career and put me in rooms with the biggest names in the industry.

Most creators are optimizing the wrong layer. Viral trends. Better lighting. A new camera. None of that is the moat. The moat is conviction, a positioning nobody else in your niche will take, and stories that stick to the viewer after they close the app. Take a side your competitors won't take and you stop being a creator in a category — you become the category.

And your network — the one you already have — is the asset you're underusing the most.

Whether you're a real estate agent, a finance pro, or someone trying to build an audience for the first time, these eight pillars are how you stop being another face in the feed. We'll cover how to capture your best ideas before they evaporate, how to build a hook that earns the next thirty seconds, and why selling the outcome beats selling the process every time.

Your best content shouldn't be sitting in your drafts because it isn't perfect yet. Perfectionism is just fear with a cleaner outfit. The job isn't to deliver more information — the job is to build a brand people remember and trust. Stay until the end and I'll recap the three jobs every brand has to master: foundation, creation, and traction.

    Chapters:

0:00 Why your personal brand feels like a grind

1:15 Conviction and creating your isms

4:10 Becoming a category of one

6:45 A quick favor and the 100k goal

8:05 The conviction window and timing

    10:12 Mastering the hook payoff

11:55 Why facts evaporate but stories stick

14:30 Selling the outcome not the process

    15:50 Leveraging your existing network

17:40 The importance of hitting post

18:50 Recap and your challenge for the week
