    It's not easy to confront your short comings. BUT, it is necessary. Here at the heart lift podcast we are always trying to achieve our best selves! How else can we improve our characters? At the end of the year I took a good hard look at myself. Instead of blaming the uncontrollable life circumstances that may have occurred I wanted to asked my self, how did I contribute to the end result of 2022? It's a little scary being vulnerable but I truly hope this encourages someone.
