    In this episode, Wendy sits down with Lisa Danahy, yoga therapist, who helps clients peel back layers and roles to rediscover the essence of who they were before the world told them who to be. Lisa works with people who learned early on to look for external validation over their internal knowing, and helps them come home to themselves.
