In this episode of Pluto Talks, I’m talking about something I’ve had to learn through experience: the importance of advocating for yourself.
I take time to reflect on situations where I didn’t speak up for myself in the past, the transitional period I went through around 18 that changed the way I viewed myself, and how learning to use my voice has shaped the person I am today.
Self-advocacy isn’t always about being confrontational or having all the answers. Sometimes, it’s simply recognizing your worth, trusting yourself, setting boundaries, and being willing to speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
This is a conversation about finding your voice, standing on what you believe, and realizing that you are allowed to advocate for yourself. 🪐💗
