Welcome to the Wild + (Finally F*cking) Free Podcast — where we ditch the masks, smash the moulds, and dive into the unfiltered stories of Disruptors, Rebels + Revolutionaries.

This is the space where truth-talking gets real, and the behind-the-scenes grit of the "future humans" is laid bare. We’re celebrating the change agents, the neuro-sparklies, the witchy wild women, the deep feelers, the unapologetic sensers, the status-quo challengers, and the huge-hearted healers + helpers.

And guiding you through this wild ride? It’s me, your host, Kylie Patchett (aka KP): a proudly neuro-sparky, natural-born rabble-rouser who thrives on helping disruptors like you harness your raw potential + unleash your full potency.

Together, we’re sharing the mess and the magick. We’re spilling the tea on the identity shifts behind stepping into thought leadership. We’re breaking the ties that bind, unlearning old patterns, and dreaming up brand-new ways of living, loving, learning, and leading.

We're here to break boundaries and reimagine what’s possible — all while collapsing timelines and leading with joy, love, and my fiercest, truest WILD WOMAN self.

This isn’t just a podcast — it’s a rebellion, a revolution, and an invitation to join a collective movement. If you’ve ever longed to be Wild + (Finally F*cking) Free, this is your sign to lean in lady!

  • Gap Year S7E5 | "We can't fix the label, but we can fix the pain the label gives you" Da Nang TCM Magick
    2026/06/08

Walking the streets of Da Nang at 7am, two days into acupuncture at the Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital, and I can feel my nose again. I can rotate my neck. I haven't been able to do that in years.

Turns out a lot of what I thought was just who I am... was a story I'd stopped questioning.
This episode is about identity, labels, and what happens when someone quietly tells you the field of possibilities is much larger than you thought.

    in this episode:

    - EDS, chronic neck pain, daily headaches - and the unconscious identity I'd built around all of it
    - What the doctor at Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital said that cracked everything open for me, and what it's got me questioning as a result
    - The nectar - and what it actually feels like when your nervous system finally lets go
    - Why TCM has no label for EDS or ADHD - and what that made me think
    - What I noticed watching Da Nang locals at 7am and why we've got it completely back to front
    - The question I've been sitting with - and taking into client calls ...

Which label are you just taking as the full story that could change your life if you let it go? Pick it up. Look at it from every angle. Ask yourself who you'd be without it.

  • Gap Year S7E4 | The Good, the Bad and the ugly of an Unmedicated AuDHD in the Wild
    2026/06/01

I recorded this one in Ubud on our last day before flying to Vietnam, and I'll be honest - I was procrasta-recording. My brain did not want to do the thing I was supposed to be doing, so I just hit record and let it flow.

Thirty days in Southeast Asia. Off Vyvanse cold turkey. Weaning off estrogen at the same time. I genuinely didn't know how this was going to go. Turns out, more okay than I expected - but not without the good, the bad, and the genuinely ugly.

    • why I couldn't bring stimulant medication into Southeast Asia and what I decided to do about it
    • the 47th birthday breakdown that finally cracked open my ADHD and autism diagnosis
    • the estrogen-dopamine connection and why perimenopause hit so differently unmedicated
    • why Bali's overstimulating chaos has actually felt more manageable than home did
    • the push-pull between autistic routine needs and ADHD novelty hunger - and what happens when you feed the starving one
    • sleep, movement, and what a genuinely rested brain feels like after years of not having one
    • the emotional waves - grief, homesickness, midnight catastrophising - and learning to let them move through without gripping

  • Gap Year S7E3 | Identity in the In Between - the Who the Fck Am I? Stage of Evolution
    2026/05/26

I recorded this Gap Year Chronicles episode on the rooftop in Ubud on our final day before flying out to Vietnam, and it came out a level of real + raw I didn't plan.

Between an ear infection that kept me out of the water for a week, some big conversations with clients, and a fair amount of my own unravelling, I find myself sitting with a question I haven't been able to shake: who are we when the old version of you stops fitting?

If you've ever felt caught between who you were and who you're turning into, gloopy, unmoored, not quite there yet, this one's for you.

    in this episode:

    - why identity is never just one thing: genetics, epigenetics, conditioning, and the macro and micro systems that shape who we learn to be
    - the jar of pickles analogy and why you can't read the label from inside the jar
    - the natural identity threshold points for women, including puberty, motherhood and perimenopause, and the invitation to be both radically self-responsible and deeply gentle with yourself in those moments
    - the realisation I had in the shower that I am not a lone wolf at all, and what leaving Australia without my pack has actually felt like
    - the two trapezes: why the free fall between old identity and new is terrifying and necessary at the same time
    - why the dissolving, the grieving, and the letting go of old identities is just as valid a part of evolution as the wins
