this episode, we sit down with **Rabbi Nechemya Malinowitz**, Director of **Eretz HaKodesh Israel** and Founder of the **Igud Yeshivos and Seminaries for Bnei Chul**.
We discuss the world of yeshivos and seminaries for students from abroad studying in Israel, the challenges they face, and the work being done to support and strengthen the Bnei Chul community and its connection to Eretz Yisrael.

In this episode of *Journey: Life in Israel*, we explore one of the most important and often overlooked challenges of making Aliyah: helping children adjust to a completely new environment.
Avi Lipman, founder and head of Omoa Schools in Beit Shemesh, joins us to discuss education, special education, learning disabilities, and the challenges families can face when moving to Israel with children.

We talk about adapting to a new culture, language, school system, and mentality; maintaining stability at home during a major transition; recognizing when children are struggling; and making sure families have the right educational resources in place.
The conversation also covers practical preparation for families making Aliyah, including gathering educational documentation, communicating with municipalities, preparing for eligibility committees, and arranging appropriate support as early as possible.

Whether you're considering Aliyah, already living in Israel, or simply interested in the experience of families making this major transition, this episode offers practical insights and an honest look at the challenges and possibilities of building a new life in Israel.
