Orlo Flock has spent years building businesses. He and his wife Kay run Hot Yoga Playa in Playa del Carmen. We are thrilled to have him back on the show to answer the question: How do I create a businessman costume, a persona I can put on when it's time and take back off?

What follows is unique and valuable perspective on business building.

The mindset that separates builders from everyone else, listening more than you talk, not being afraid to look like an idiot, fear and the confidence to fail, financial literacy and the books he rereads to his kids, trust but verify, contracts even with the people you love, "it is always your fault," the 80/20 rule, and boundaries before burnout.

Then the money. Why nobody values what you give away free, why you charge for your customer's sake and not your own, charging for the transformation rather than the hour, and recurring income over lump sums.

Orlo Flock is a man who will hand you his playbook and then ask you why you want it.

Becca Akicita is a bodyworker of fifteen years and the founder of Living Balance Wellness in Corvallis.

Born at home in northern Idaho, homeschooled on a homestead with nine denominations on one road. Bible college at seventeen and a solo mission trip to Peru at nineteen that nearly killed her... then handed her a career when a busload of Oregon massage therapists pulled into the village.

We get into: - Leaving a faith without a rupture - "Get rid of the grid work" - the black and white squares of right and wrong - Astrology as a language - Giving imposter syndrome a seat behind the vision instead of the wheel - Energy work as thinning the threads - The Wednesday Wellness Walk, the Practitioners Expo, and a retreat center.

Whether you were raised in something you've since walked out of, work in the healing arts, or just like watching someone find her own words in real time... come sit in this one.

One important note: we recorded this in March and it's reaching you in September. The Wellness Walk dates Becca mentions on tape point at last spring. The Walk is running again now, third Wednesday of the month, and her newsletter is where the current ones get announced.

Stephen Victor spent decades as a cop before a voice in a crowded room told him he'd been looking for something his whole life. From sheriff's deputy in Montana to one of the most quietly extraordinary healers you've ever heard of, he walks us through the architecture of a human being... how we're built, what drags us, what lifts us, and what "the field" always knows that we don't.

We talk about the moment reality opened up in image after image between his weapon and a man in an alley. About a guide who showed up like a drill instructor and stayed for decades. About watching his late wife leave her body... jubilant, free, surrounded by 20,000 beings and a condor flying with an eagle. About the difference between attention (an energetic force we keep giving away) and intention (a force beyond us we can actually use).

We go deep into NLP, family constellations, and the soul logic Hellinger found... the hidden rules we keep violating because we don't know they exist. Stephen explains why conflict expressed between people almost always originates somewhere else entirely. Why healing yourself heals your ancestors and your descendants. And why the biggest thing blocking most people isn't fear of the pain, but rather it's fear of becoming someone different.

Stephen Victor is a man who turned a prosaic life into a poetic one, and helps others do the same.
