Sometimes I let AI write my shownotes: In this episode, Robin explores how the living carve grooves into the world—literal, psychic, and mythic signatures that make reality feel inhabited and real. These grooves become evidence of a life’s texture, its pattern. Robin moves through the body-level experience of grief, the dream-teaching of grace without punishment, and the fierce literality of her current life—splitting wood, carrying water, repairing what breaks. She reflects on shock, initiation, and the dissolution of her former world, naming how trauma and rupture demand new grooves, new meaning, new archetypes. The episode lands in the recognition that death is real, and therefore the grooves we make—our presence, our spirit, our daily coordinates—matter. Winter is coming, and the choice is whether to meet it as burden or gift, shaping the world with intention and aliveness.
