Your Zone of Genius: Stop Hustling Harder and Start Building Smarter

About Ramon

Ramon Ray is a motivational keynote speaker, event host, and small business champion who has built five businesses, sold three of them, and authored five books — all while staying relentlessly, unapologetically positive. Known for his high-energy presence and practical wisdom, he speaks at some of the world's most impactful events and helps entrepreneurs cut through the noise to build businesses that actually work.

Ramon is the publisher of ZoneofGenius.com, author of "The Celebrity CEO," host of The Rundown with Ramon Show (which aired on the USA Today Network), and creator of DailyDailyMojo.com — a daily motivation app for entrepreneurs. He also produces Genius Talks Mastermind, bringing entrepreneurs together for in-person networking experiences. His brand clients include Zoho, Bitdefender, Verisign, Dell, and Oracle.

But Ramon's story isn't just about business metrics. It's about the courage it takes to bet on yourself. He was once fired from a full-time job at the United Nations — for being too entrepreneurial. Instead of retreating, he leaned in. Today, he helps coaches, speakers, authors, and small business owners find their zone of genius, build their brand, and grow with proven strategies and less overwhelm. He joins Live Your Legacy™ to share what it really means to build a life and business you love.
