Kicking off a new season with a new perspective for our future sisters: what you join does matter but maybe not for the reasons you think. I know looking back that joining the chapter that I did has changed the trajectory of my life - it's influenced my relationships, my career, my personal development, and confidence in myself. But what surprised me is that the lessons sorority taught me that have made me who I am were not the factors I considered going through recruitment. So my hope is that this series gives you a bigger picture of what to expect throughout your sorority journey to help you navigate your process of joining it.
