A small problem presented itself however: he was not very familiar with the use of technology. That's where our online sales manager Young Penitent comes into the picture. John and YP became friends when the latter would frequent the Byzantine Beard stall at the market, and John saw that this was someone that he could trust to bring his beard oil products to a wider market. And so we made a deal, not in writing but relying on the old-fashioned method of a handshake, to team up and launch a web-store.As Christian men, we support the tradition of growing out our beards, which has it's roots going all the way back to the Old Testament. Anointing oneself with oil was common back then, as it says in the Psalm: "oil to make his face shine". It is not a requirement for a Christian man to grow out a beard, but we think it is a good practice that should be encouraged.
