このコンテンツについて
In this episode, Sean is joined by Angela de Burger — a Nova Scotia–raised communications leader, creative, and podcaster now living in southern France. Angela reflects on growing up in Dartmouth, shaped by a deeply rooted sense of community, creativity, and openness that continues to influence how she lives and works today.
She shares her journey across Canada and into the nonprofit and social impact sector, before COVID became a catalyst for reinvention — launching a consulting practice, embracing remote work, and ultimately making the leap to France with just two suitcases. Throughout the conversation, Angela returns to a central theme: Nova Scotia’s culture of connection, collaboration, and belonging never really leaves you.
Angela also discusses The Creative Pulse, her podcast exploring the creative passions that light people up, including many artists and creators with strong ties to Nova Scotia.
And of course, she walks us through her perfect 24 Hours back home in Nova Scotia.
