As an Athlete I always noticed that I was striving fro perfection when I was focused on believing I had something to prove. With a Nourished Mindset, I really believe that we are here for a reason. We go through up's and down's and that is fine. It is how we persist to continue without wasting time.

In this episode, I just wanted to let you know how important it is to enjoy the process and practice gratitude. God is good. Forget about what others are saying, forget about the stories you tell yourself. Re-write your own path and focus on what makes you happy. I know that there are better options for all of us. We all are creations from God but it is important to love ourselves and then reachout to those who align with you!

This episode speaks on how we must continue our own journey and innovate our own experiences instead of letting others dictate what we are capable of.

The experiences that dictate who we are and what we want for ourselves can be uplifting or self-sabotaging and I truly want you to know that as long as you continue to dwell on what others think of you and what others have done to make you FEEL some type of way, to put that all behind you and to say to yourself.

I am worth it and for those who don't understand my vision, with humility, go F**% yourself. Because at the end of the day this life that we live is temporary, so enjoy it and cherish it as much as possible.
