In Episode 5 of Improving Your Thoughts by Freeing Yourself, Season 12: Knowing Your Worth — Becoming the Woman Who Doesn’t Have to Beg to Be Chosen, we have a deeper conversation about sexuality, attention, intimacy, and the difference between being desired and being truly valued.
Being sexy is not wrong, and this episode is not about judging women by what they wear or how they express themselves. Instead, we explore an important question: Are you expressing your sexuality because it genuinely reflects who you are, or because you need someone else’s desire to reassure you that you are valuable?
We also go deeper into the spiritual and emotional side of sex. For women approaching relationships through a Christian faith perspective, we discuss being equally yoked, the biblical concept of becoming “one flesh,” and what some Christian communities describe as soul ties—while recognizing that “soul tie” itself is not a biblical term or scientifically established phenomenon. We explore how sexual intimacy can create powerful emotional attachments that sometimes make it difficult to release a relationship even after you know the person is wrong for you.
This episode encourages women to seek Yahweh for discernment, healing, renewal, and cleansing while also establishing practical boundaries that support emotional freedom. Most importantly, it reminds you that sexual chemistry does not equal compatibility, desire does not equal commitment, and a powerful connection does not automatically mean someone belongs in your life.
Your sexuality is part of you—but it does not determine your worth. You are worthy when you're desired, and you're still worthy when nobody is looking.
Art that you wear.
