Have you ever gone to bed with a clear idea, ready to take action — and woken up the next morning and it's completely gone? And then the cycle repeats. And the voice in your head gets louder, telling you that you've missed your moment.

You haven't.

In this first episode back, I'm being completely transparent about why I went quiet, what I discovered in the silence, and why the real issue was never about strategy, content or confidence.

It was identity.

And if I'm honest — I lost my own voice. Even after writing a book about it.

Know who you are - that's your identity.
Speak and lead from who you are - that's your influence.
Change the lives of those you were sent to reach - that's your impact.

And it's not a straight line. It's a spiral. The deeper your identity, the more authentic your influence. The more authentic your influence, the greater the impact you make in the lives of others.

The journey never ends - it only deepens - because you were known before you were born. Sent before you said yes. And the abundant life God prepared for you was never something to chase - it's something to receive.
