MONDAY MINDSET RESET — EPISODE 1

You are not lost. You are in the middle.

10–14 min · Naming the middle of change · Season 1

If you have been calling this season of your life failure, or weakness, or evidence that you made wrong choices — this episode is for you.

There is a phase between what ended and what hasn't started yet. It has a name. It has a map. And once you have language for where you are, everything about what's possible from here starts to shift.

IN THIS EPISODE

→ What the middle of change actually is — and why disorientation is not the same as failure

→ Why your nervous system sounds an alarm when the familiar disappears (and what that tells you)

→ The Oklahoma metaphor — and why it changes everything about how you see where you are

→ The five phases of transition: a map for locating yourself honestly

→ A reflection question to carry into the week

THE FIVE PHASES OF TRANSITION

Disruption — something ended or destabilized. You're activated, numb, or both.

Disorientation — you're not where you were. You're not yet where you're going. This is Oklahoma.

Identity Reconstruction — deeper questions are surfacing. Who am I without that role, that relationship, that version of my life?

Intentional Choice — energy is returning. Small steps feel possible.

Integration — this transition is becoming part of your story, not the whole story.

THIS WEEK'S REFLECTION

What have you been calling this season of your life?

What word have you been using? Lost. Behind. Stuck. Confused. Burned out. A failure. Now try a different one. In the middle. Not there yet. Not failing. In the middle. Notice if anything shifts.

ANCHOR STATEMENT

The middle of change is not a problem to solve. It is a location. And you can orient yourself from a location.
