Georgia Tech returns home for their third straight game, still chasing that elusive first win of the season, as they face Mercer in their final non-conference matchup before diving into ACC play. The depth chart remains mostly unchanged, but injuries on the offensive line—Ethan Mackenny, Malachi Carney, and Jameson Riggs—are casting doubt on Saturday’s lineup, with no official report due to the non-ACC status. Defensively, Jaylen Mbakwe is back and healthy (though sore) after a scary moment against Tennessee, but his playing time is uncertain. Coaches are also pushing for more reps at linebacker and safety, hinting at potential rotation changes. With Justice Haynes leading the running backs, expect increased looks for Braylon Outlaw and Cayman Spaulding—could this be the breakout game before conference play begins? Kickoff is noon ET on the ACC Network.
