About Sean White
Executive Vice President,
FBO Operations
Sean White is the Executive Vice President of FBO Operations for Jet Access. White oversees all of Jet Access’ 10 FBO locations and is the Direct Supervisor for FBO Management. He is
responsible for Ground Handling & FBO Operations, Fuel Quality Control, Government/Authority/Board relations, contract negotiations, training, and team
member engagement initiatives. Through his experience in economic development,
FBO Management, and multi-unit management, White is responsible for the
execution of the FBO strategy for development and growth.
Prior to joining Jet
Access, White served as the Vice President and General Manager of First Wing
Jet Center, the fixed based operator at Indianapolis Executive Airport and
Frankfort / Clinton County Regional Airport. In addition to the FBO operations,
he oversaw First Wing’s Part 61 flight school and Part 145 FAA-registered
repair station. Under his management, he grew the maintenance operation in
scope, revenue, and profitability. The team won recognition from the FAA and
Cirrus Aircraft for their commitment to training, safety, and operational
excellence.
Before joining First Wing, White provided marketing, communications, event management, and project management consulting services to the general aviation industry. He led the
development and implementation of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association
(AOPA) Regional Fly-In program and played in key role in more than 20 Regional
Fly-In events. In addition to the Regional Fly-Ins, he has assisted and planned
events at Oshkosh, Sun N’ Fun, NBAA, and many other aviation events across the
country.
Prior to his leadership roles in aviation, White held numerous positions in economic development and government, including leadership of the Indy Connect Transit Initiative in
Central Indiana and the Indianapolis Airport Authority’s Land Use Initiative. He
served on the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee and collaborated with
the FAA, Indianapolis Airport Authority, and local airport managers and FBOs to
ensure preparedness and planning for the additional air traffic associated with
the event. He also held positions with the U.S. Small Business Administration
and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
