  • To Learn the Truth, Listen to the Body
    2026/09/01

The dominant cultural narrative says that truth lies in data, rational thinking and logic.

And so when we set out to heal, we think we need to alter the thoughts, reframe the story, and get the mind under control (and for a while this may even work).

But then there comes a point where the body begins to disagree with the mind.

The body doesn’t care about “right” answers.

The body doesn’t care how you’re “supposed” to feel.

The body is unconvinced and unconcerned with positive affirmations.

The body has one objective and one objective only: to express what is inside. What’s true.

And a repressed body will eventually get louder. Much louder.

Are you willing to listen to the truth of the body?

  • Lindsay Clancy: What Artists and Mothers Have in Common
    2026/08/25

This episode contains adult content that is inappropriate for younger audiences and may be difficult for even adults to hear. Please proceed with caution.

In today's episode, I cover my reflections on the Lindsay Clancy trial.

Why has this tragic case captured the attention of women (and mothers) everywhere?

What does this case have to show us about how we treat women / mothers in our culture?

What do mothers and artists have in common?

How can artists (and mothers) get the support they need and deserve so they can continue bringing life and beauty to this world?

I explore all of this and more.

***If you or anyone you know is struggling with your mental health, you need to know that help is available. You can call the national suicide and crisis hotline by dialing 988 on your phone. Operators are available to take your call around the clock.

  • Stop Doubting Your Brilliance
    2026/08/18

    You are brilliant.

You don’t think you are, but you are.

The exact way that you move through the world, that you love others, that you dress, that you speak, that you take care of people, that you create and make and dance and laugh is magical and needed and utterly irreplaceable.

The problem is you’re second-guessing it. You’re downplaying it.

You tell yourself that you don’t want to be too arrogant or think too highly of yourself.

You don’t want to stand up too tall or shine too brightly.

This is your reminder to shine EXACTLY THAT BRIGHT. To shine so brightly that you feel like an absolute fool.

We need you, your heart, your essence and all of your magic.

  • Do You Trust The Unfolding of Your Life?
    2026/08/04

It’s easy to trust the unfolding of your life when things go the way you expected or planned.

But what about when things fall apart?

    When the loved one dies?

    When the friend betrays you?

    When the marriage ends?

When the business deal goes south?

Do you still trust that your life is taking you somewhere beautiful?

Or do you feel the need to fix and control? To make something great if your life? To manipulate and manage the unfolding?

This is a lesson I’ve had to learn more than once in my life and it’s a lesson that’s sinking in even deeper this time.

We’ll unpack it together on this week’s episode.

  • Less Effort, More Reward: How to “Fix” any Problem
    2026/07/28

Whatever problem you’re facing in your life right now, you’re probably crushing it.

(“I’m actually not…” I can hear you saying—but you are).

Your heartbreak. Your debt. Your divorce. Your loss. Your unexpected detour.

You have brought all of your amazing wisdom, all of your hard work, all of your creativity to the table. And since you have more of those things than the average person, this problem should be fixed in no time.

    So why is it not?

Why are you still staring down the barrel of the same dilemma?

On today’s episode I share a concept that changed the way I see my problems forever. It’s a concept that revealed a much quicker, much more effortless, much more sane way to approach any problem in my life.

This is the most vulnerable story I’ve shared to date. Which is saying a lot.

I hope you see yourself in it.

  • The Role of Surrender in Being Yourself
    2026/07/21

The idea of surrender has never appealed very much to me.

I’ve found more value in qualities like desire, passion, creativity, and personal agency.

But lately life has pushed me to the place where surrender is my only option.

And I’m learning not only why surrender matters but when it matters. Because surrender alone isn’t the answer to all of your problems (or mine).

But when the moment of surrender arrives, you have a choice: to trust and leap or to suffer at the edge of what’s calling your name.

  • The Most Potent Fertilizer For Creativity
    2026/07/14

There is a fertilizer for your creativity so powerful, so transformative, that it will wholly change the way you experience your life and your art.

This vital nutrient can make you unstoppable and prolific.

The problem is, most of us are avoiding it. (Myself included).

We tiptoe around it, sidestep it and organize our lives hoping we never have to experience this thing that is ultimately a portal to our most creative selves.

On today’s episode I reveal what this fertilizer is, share my story of discovering it, and invite you to use your grief (yes, grief) as vital nutrients to your life and growth.
