Would you eat beef stew that's been sitting in a Mason jar since October 2022? Because apparently that's a question we needed to answer.

This week, we're recording from a completely different location — inside the Jaguars’ Flex Field before the first home game of the season. We start with a video David sent Jenn of someone opening nearly four-year-old canned beef stew, which somehow turns into a debate about home canning, food safety, trust, and exactly WHO would have to make it before either of us would even consider taking a bite.

Then the conversation takes a more reflective turn as we look back on the 25th anniversary of September 11. We talk about where we were on 9/11, our memories of that day, visiting Ground Zero and the 9/11 Memorial in New York City, and what it means for younger generations who weren't alive when it happened.

And because this is Unapologetically Us, we still manage to work in David's recent inability to be on time, an unusually good pedicure, working Jaguars games, random distractions happening around us, and plenty of the completely unplanned conversations you've come to expect.
