Greetings everyone! Last episode, we started part one of courageous leadership and how you, as a new leader, can come in and build strong relationships. As a recap, we touched on fostering team connectivity, getting to know your team and direct reports, understanding the organization and how it operates, along with forging alliances with peers, all those are key for leadership, and today I will expand and cover Part 2 on what courageous leadership looks like.
