Hello everyone, these are a few of my experiences participating at the 5KM Tough Mudder in Lake Elsinore, CA. on January 29th, 2022.
It's a wonderful experience to be able to share what we went through and my thoughts on the course and what works for me.
Among other things, how I am training and in the next episode I will share a more in depth review of my workout plan and nutrition that is working for me as I prepare for the April 10K in Glen Helen, CA., and this journey to my first Worlds Toughest Mudder in November in Pensacola, FL.
