In this episode of Let’s Fix Modern Dating with Will Scott, I sit down with Dana Erzha for an honest conversation about why dating feels so difficult and what we can actually do to make it better.

Dana shares what she believes men are getting wrong in modern dating, including a lack of accountability, consistency, respect, and follow-through. We break down what women actually mean when they say they want a confident man, why confidence has less to do with money or status than many men think, and how a man can demonstrate leadership without becoming controlling.

We also dive into one of the biggest disconnects between men and women: loneliness. I argue that women only notice 1 out of every 10 men they see. Due to this, they may feel lonely because they don't like the options available to them. However, a large number of men experience a completely different reality where they literally have no romantic options at all.

Dana then explains why women may only notice a small percentage of the men around them and says confidence and “leader energy” can make a man stand out even if he isn't the best-looking or richest guy in the room.
