Barb Allen spent more than 30 years in commercial construction, climbing the ladder from boots on the ground to heels in the corner office, from Tradeswoman to Operations Director. Her career gave her a front-row seat to the challenges that stall women's advancement in predominantly male industries and to what it takes to eliminate those challenges. She is the author of OneLadder to Leadership and host of the Constructive Behaviors podcast, and now speaks to leaders and organizations across construction and other predominantly male industries to build stronger, more equitable paths to leadership.
