I mean the past two to three years. Many of us are barely able to reconcile the issues in our own lives, but then have to deal with all the stuff going on in the world. IT'S A LOT! The issue of mental health seems like an everyday conversation anymore. Suicide is at all-time, senseless violence has overtaken the news cycle, political unrest...I mean Jesus...it's just too much! So how are dealing, coping, and able to keep your sanity through it all? Let's talk about it!

Once upon a time, we depended on the village to raise our kids. Well, here we go! I’ve flirted with the idea of a podcast, waiting for just the right time - when all things aligned. But as you can probably attest to, it's never the “right time.” You keep coming up with reasons why you can’t and shouldn’t. At some point, you have to just do it!
