I mean the past two to three years. Many of us are barely able to reconcile the issues in our own lives, but then have to deal with all the stuff going on in the world. IT'S A LOT! The issue of mental health seems like an everyday conversation anymore. Suicide is at all-time, senseless violence has overtaken the news cycle, political unrest...I mean Jesus...it's just too much! Once upon a time, we depended on the village to raise our kids. Neighbors would watch over one another's kids, see them in the street doing wrong and correct them, then say "now go tell your mama", which would probably lead to another scolding, or worse, a beating!
