I’m Jen — life coach, mindset magician, and former self-sabotage queen turned reality-shifting powerhouse. After surviving toxic relationships, five kids, a few breakdowns, and a whole lot of “WTF am I doing with my life,” I created SHIFT to help women like you stop spiraling and start rising.
