This episode hits close to home for me. I share a moment where I felt like my mother did not care about me. After being hit with so many challenges, I reached out to my mother for comfort. Let me be the one to tell you that it didn't go well.

I want to encourage someone that may have someone in their life that they are not truly safe with emotionally. You may not feel safe, but it doesn't mean that it has to end. This is an ongoing journey of acceptance of others and myself in protecting my peace.

I know some of you were wondering....so here it is. This episode is all about how the Lord started showing me that I should no longer attend my local church. It was a difficult choice, but it was so necessary. Some of you may have experienced church hurt before and turned away from ministry.

I promise you...I understand how challenging moments like this can be hard to overcome. But remember that God is with you! I will share my story, but I hope you hear my heart and try again to get connected back to ministry. I may not know what happened but God knows all.
