When a fisherman disappears, the power goes out, and an earthquake shakes the town, Mayor Tom is determined to keep everyone calm. Unfortunately, a New York Times writer has just arrived, and Tom is far more concerned with saving the town's tourism industry than listening to warnings about an ancient haunt.
