A trip to Widow’s Bay can be unpredictable. Especially when you accidentally eat the wrong mushrooms.

This week, Steven and Raven investigate “What to Expect on Your Trip,” as Mayor Tom searches for answers surrounding Father Bryce’s death—and inadvertently takes a very different kind of journey after consuming black mushrooms intended for Wyck.

Meanwhile, Evan and his friends attempt a venture into the former Boogeyman house, because apparently nobody on this island has ever watched a horror movie.

We dig into Tom’s increasingly surreal investigation, the mysterious black mushrooms, what his hallucinations may reveal about him, and the growing evidence that Widow’s Bay has far more going on beneath the surface than anyone realizes.

Raven takes us into the psychology behind what Tom experiences, Steven adds nothing substatial to the discussion, and we examine the clues that might help us understand what the island is actually trying to tell its residents.
