Known for his short stature and underweight frame, this tiny serial killer might have been a small man, but he had a big body count. We hope you find this case as fascinating as we did and that it's just as new to you as it was to us! From a lizard swamp cryptid scare (tourism life hack?) to an old man who self-proclaimed himself the Button King and left a museum of randomly decorated items with hundreds of thousands of buttons decorating them, this small town sure does have a lot of personality for only being home to ~3,000 people, give or take.
