In today's episode, Gina serenades us all while Hannah pops to the loo mid-record. Once you've filled in the application form for 'The Voice' on Gina's behalf, listen to Hannah & Gina discuss how they've been spending their 'downtime'. Using this time of year to reflect, they take a look at why wedding photographers (themselves included!) do the things they do in their business - things that seem to be unwritten rules and industry standards. They look at gifting, outsourcing, photo/film delivery times, becoming educators and begin to wonder, does there need to be this uniformity when running a wedding business? If you're self-employed, don't you get to write the rules? It certainly gets them thinking and they hope it gets your noodle twitching.
And of course, there are some great podcast recommendations to listen to whilst you tackle your winter editing (once you've listened to Take Two, of course!).
