I built my crochet business on Facebook, from day one I was all in on my social media as a way to build my audience and grow my profits.
But then my personal life went downhill and I was left unable to work on my Crochet business for 2 long years.
In social media terms that’s an eternity.
Trying to get a Facebook page working again after that length of time is a major uphill struggle, but add to that social media had completely changed in what it wants to see people posting and I just had to throw in the towel and look for an alternative.
That alternative is SEO and it’s more reliable than social media, if slower to build up.
In this episode of the Crochet Business School podcast I’m telling you my story and how I’m rebuilding my business without social media, but in a way that will ultimately be more secure and need far less mental energy than my Facebook page ever did.
