For years, I said I'd never start a podcast.
Not because I didn't have something to say, but because I was in the middle of living a story I wasn't ready to tell.
In this first episode of Building What Lasts, I share why I finally decided to start a podcast after years of resisting the idea. I talk about motherhood, entrepreneurship, my husband's bipolar disorder, the role faith has played through difficult seasons, and why I believe our stories can become part of the legacy we leave behind.
If you're navigating a difficult season, supporting someone with mental illness, raising a family, or simply longing to build a meaningful life rooted in what matters most, I hope you'll find encouragement here.
Thank you for listening. I'm so grateful you're here, and I hope you'll join me for the journey.
