I'm testing a new video production offer at a Sunday market in St. Pete, Florida.
In this behind-the-scenes episode of Failure Is Knowledge, I share what happens when I change my approach from offering free podcast recordings to free video recordings.
The goal is simple: get five people to experience a live video recording and have two people purchase.
But there's something I'm learning.
Getting people's attention is one thing.
Getting them comfortable enough to sit down and record is another.
Throughout the day, I'm setting up equipment, dealing with windy conditions, testing different ways to explain the offer, and thinking about how to improve the experience.
I also explain why Failure Is Knowledge is expanding into video production for business events, conferences, speaking engagements, panels, and event testimonials.
Podcast production is still part of what we do, but it is no longer the only service.
If you're a business owner testing new offers or interested in video production, follow along as I document the process.
