Matteo Casini is a partnerships and business development professional and the host of the Stepsero Podcast. After studying across Italy, the UK and Belgium, he eventually moved to Berlin, where he built a career across tech, sales and partnerships. Matteo created Stepsero during a period when he was experiencing stress and anxiety. Today, with more than 100 episodes published, the podcast explores the complexities of modern work and the challenges people face within it. Listen to this episode to discover Matteo’s journey of moving abroad, finding his place in a new country and building a community in Berlin. We explore why he started Stepsero, how it evolved from conversations about mental well being into a broader exploration of modern work, and where he hopes to take it next. Matteo also shares the reality behind building a podcast, his perspective on AI and why he believes genuine human connection could become even more valuable in an increasingly digital world.
