Following Jesus was never meant to be a solo journey. When God saves you, He brings you into a family, and the New Testament consistently shows believers growing, serving, and carrying one another. There is a real difference between attending a church and truly belonging. Belonging means being known, serving others, letting others serve you, and contributing what God placed in you to give. Sin pulls us off course without us noticing, and God places people around us to help us see what we cannot see in ourselves. Every believer has been given something the body needs, and when we stay disconnected, others miss out on what God put in us. You cannot fulfill the Bible's call to love, serve, encourage, forgive, and carry one another without actually having someone on the other side of your obedience. You were made to belong.
