Have you ever felt like a fraud saying something nice about yourself? Like the second the words leave your mouth, some voice in your head goes, "Girl, who are you kidding?" That's exactly what my producer Ashley admitted to me when we sat down for this episode and it's a feeling I bet almost everyone has.

This week I’m joined by my producer Ashley Feller and she turns the mic on me! We talk about the real story behind writing my book, *Joy Is My Favorite Color* and why growing up in an alcoholic home taught me that gratitude and forgiveness were the tools that helped me survive. We also share what's ahead for Season 9!

Episode Highlights:
[2:29] Turning Words Into Action
[10:21] Sponsor Shoutouts: Team Patriot & Holiday Beach Companies
[16:21] The Fear Behind Writing My First Book
[18:15] Why It's Never "Just Words”
[19:53] The Health Scare That Changed Everything
