In this episode of who we are through becoming and unbecoming, one of Texas' finest designers joins me in a conversation centered on turning our stories as women into conversation pieces that create a ripple effect of impact everywhere they're worn.
Cynthia is the founder and designer of Glammed Jefa, a bespoke hat design brand created for women who have walked through fire and still chose to rise. Her work is not trend-driven it is story-driven. Every piece she designs begins with a woman’s transformation story, and then translates that journey into a wearable reminder of her strength, resilience, and the season of life she is stepping into. Before becoming a designer, Cynthia was an educator and Spanish linguist, and her life has always been centered around voice, identity, and helping others see their potential. After losing both of her parents, she turned my grief into creation, and what began as healing became purpose. She discovered that when a woman sees herself in the mirror wearing something that reflects who she has become, it changes how she stands, how she walks, and how she sees herself.Glammed Jefa exists for the woman who leads with presence. Her mission is simple: to create pieces that remind women they are not invisible they are powerful, they are seen, and they have arrived.
If you'd like to collaborate with Cynthia for your very own Glammed Jefa hat, you can find her on Facebook and Instagram @GlammedJefa or email her at glammedjefa@gmail.com
