  • Podcast Guide Episode Example
    2026/05/26

This episode on the Who We Become podcast is an example episode for those who want to start a podcast and purchased my PDF guide on how to become a podcaster.

If I told you that you could learn how to start a podcast in less than hour, would you believe me?

After getting questions about podcasting and even supporting others 1:1 in their podcasting journeys I put together a 10 Step Guide on Becoming A Podcaster.

What makes this guide so special?

It removes a lot of guesswork so you can begin right away. The people who came to me before starting their podcasts were under the impression that they needed so many tools and state of the art equipment to get started. A podcast is only formed by a few components and I share what those are in the guide.

This PDF is more than 20 pages long of my experience turned into guidance and comes with a video tutorial where I show you how I record and publish an episode from start to finish.

If you listened to this episode or purchased the guide, thank you!

You can purchase the guide through here

  • Becoming Alive Again, 2 Years Later with Echelle McArthur
    2026/05/13

On this episode of the Who We Become podcast, I have a very special guest, who I served in the Air Force with, Echelle McArthur.

But the reason we are here today is her story of rebirth. She shares with us why she has two birthdays, and rightly so.

The way that Chelle was able to think so quickly on her feet is the very reason she is here to tell us about it. Today, May 13, 2026, marks two years that she was taken to the hospital.

Maybe you need a reminder that life is a gift, maybe you're a nurse and you forgot why you went into your field, maybe you have a family member who you've seen in the hospital for something life altering and haven't understood their perspective because you think they're fine...this is the episode that covers all of the above.

Chelle is the life of the party because she brings life to the every day things we often forget to be grateful for and I can't wait for you to hear her tell us her story.

If you feel called to reach out connect with Chelle about her story, her Instagram is @_chelleeeee__

If you would like to support her as a brand ambassador with Vital Fitness, with a mission to break the stigma around mental health and inspire healthy, active lifestyles, this is her link:

  • Becoming Unmuted with Erin Snow
    2026/04/23

On this episode of Who We Become, I have Erin Snow as my guest. This one hits home for me and if you've ever lived through moments that brought shame, guilt, grief, judgement or heaviness from your experiences, parenting, successes, marriage, divorce or losses, this is for you too.

Erin shares with me how she became a professional listener, a true holder of space to support others as they speak the words they need to release in complete neutrality.

Erin Snow is a Professional Listener and founder of The Unmuted Room, a first-of-its-kind confidential listening space for anyone carrying more than they can say out loud. She creates private, judgment-free sessions for people who need to speak the truths they can't share with friends, family, or coworkers — whether it's the messy, complicated stories, the quiet aching questions, or the thoughts they've been softening in every other room of their lives. Before founding The Unmuted Room, Erin spent 17 years as a trauma-informed legal advocate for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, becoming the first paralegal in New Hampshire allowed to represent clients directly in family court. That experience — combined with her own — taught her a profound truth: being truly heard is not a luxury. It is a necessity for anyone carrying more than they can say out loud. Erin's long-term vision is to make listening spaces as common as gyms and as understood as any other form of wellness. She is building something quietly transformative: a world where people are finally, truly heard.
